Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how we get your plants safely from our nursery in Pattoki to your doorstep — anywhere in Pakistan.

🚚 We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery city and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Some cities qualify for free shipping on qualifying orders.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location:

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, courier backlogs or areas that are hard to reach. We will notify you proactively if your order is delayed.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary by city and are shown clearly at checkout when you select your delivery location. You will always see the exact delivery cost before placing your order — no surprises.

  • City-based rates — each city has its own shipping fee shown at checkout
  • Some cities qualify for free shipping on orders meeting the minimum amount shown at checkout
  • Bulk or wholesale orders — custom shipping rates apply; contact us for a quote

3. How We Pack Your Plants

At Sabzghar, packaging is treated as seriously as the plants themselves. Every order goes through our dedicated packing team who follow a strict process:

  • Soil is moisture-locked using our proprietary mix to keep roots hydrated during transit without over-saturating
  • Pots are secured with custom-cut cardboard inserts to prevent tipping or shifting inside the box
  • Leaves and stems are gently wrapped in tissue paper or soft padding to prevent bruising
  • Outer boxes are double-walled corrugated cardboard rated for the weight and fragility of live plants
  • A personalised care card is included with every plant, specific to the species you ordered
  • "Live Plants — Handle With Care" and "This Side Up" labels are printed on all four sides of the box

4. Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days (Monday to Saturday) are processed the same day and dispatched the following morning. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (Eid, spring planting season — March/April, and winter — November/December), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days due to high order volumes. We recommend ordering early during these periods.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time using our order tracking page. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp. You can also reach us directly:

  • Use the Track Order page on our website and enter your order number
  • Message us on WhatsApp at 0322-4297067 with your order number
  • Email us at hello.sabzghar@gmail.com with your order number in the subject

6. Damaged, Wilted or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging, but we understand that things can occasionally go wrong during transit. If your plant arrives damaged, wilted beyond normal transit stress, or if an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
  • Send clear photos of the damaged plant, the packaging and the courier label
  • We will assess and offer either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice
  • You do not need to return the damaged plant; just send photos
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Please inspect your plants as soon as they arrive.

7. Plants We Cannot Ship

Due to size, fragility, or regulatory restrictions, some items cannot be shipped and are available for in-nursery pickup only:

  • Large trees above 5 feet in height (visit our nursery at Gehlan Phatak, Main Multan Road, Pattoki for these)
  • Very fragile orchids with open blooms (available in-store only)
  • Certain fruit trees during off-season dormancy
  • Custom landscape or garden design orders

8. International Shipping

At this time, Sabzghar only ships within Pakistan. International shipping involves complex phytosanitary certificates and customs processes that we are currently not set up for. We hope to offer international delivery in the future — follow us on Instagram @sabzghar for updates.
